Investment Instruments definition

Investment Instruments means, collectively those certificates, instruments, documents or other written material which evidence investments made by the Trustees as may be made in accordance with the Trust Agreement;
Investment Instruments means financial instruments which are permitted for investment by an investment fund in accordance with the fund‟s investment policy and which are defined as such by the Financial Regulatory Commission (hereinafter as „Commission‟) in compliance with requirements specified in the Law on Securities Market and in this Law;
