Investment Instrument definition

Investment Instrument means an instrument containing a future right to shares of Capital Stock, similar in form and content to this Agreement, purchased by investors for the purpose of funding the Company's business operations.
Investment Instrument means an investment instrument under the Capital Market Undertakings Act with which You can trade in the framework of investment services provided hereunder. The various Investment Instruments for which We accept Your Instructions, including all of the conditions of such instruments, are set out in the current Offer of Clear Deal Service and Products.
