Investment Indices definition

Investment Indices means the investment measures selected by the Company for use under the Plan, as set forth in Supplement A. The Company shall select the initial Investment Indices under the Plan, and may at its sole discretion and from time to time replace or otherwise modify the Investment Indices used under the Plan.
Investment Indices means the investment measures selected by the Plan Administrator for use under the Plan. The Plan Administrator may from time to time replace or otherwise modify the Investment Indices used under the Plan.

  • However, no amendment shall reduce the amount accrued in a Participant’s Account as of the date of such amendment, except that the Company may change the Investment Indices to be applied prospectively.

  • The Plan Administrator is authorized prospectively to replace or otherwise modify the Investment Indices used under the Plan, and to reallocate the Accounts prospectively into an Investment Index or among two or more Investment Indices.

Related to Investment Indices

  • Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Investment Canada Act means the Investment Canada Act (Canada).

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit.

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Investment is any beneficial ownership interest in any Person (including stock, partnership interest or other securities), and any loan, advance or capital contribution to any Person.

  • Alternative Investments means investments in the said State which are within the ability and competence of the Company or of corporations which are related to the Company for the purposes of the Companies (Western Australia) Code and which are approved by the Minister from time to time as alternative investments for the purpose of this Agreement (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an investment which would add value or facilitate the addition of value, beyond mining, to the mineral resources of the said State); ”;

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.

  • Benchmarks mean the performance milestones that are set forth in Appendix D.

  • Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan for the ETFs, as described under the heading “Distribution Policy – Distribution Reinvestment Plan”;

  • Generic Equivalent or "generically equivalent" means a drug that has an identical amount of the same active chemical ingredients in the same dosage form, that meets applicable standards of strength, quality and purity according to the United States pharmacopeia or other nationally recognized compendium and that, if administered in the same amounts, will provide comparable therapeutic effects. Generic equivalent or generically equivalent does not include a drug that is listed by the federal food and drug administration as having unresolved bioequivalence concerns according to the administration's most recent publication of approved drug products with therapeutic equivalence evaluations.
