Investment Fund or Funds definition

Investment Fund or Funds means one or all of the investment funds established from time to time pursuant to the terms of Section 7.2.
Investment Fund or Funds means the investment funds designated by the Administrator as the basis for determining the hypothetical investment return to be credited in accordance with Article VI to Participants’ Accounts. As of the effective date of this amendment and restatement of the Plan, the Investment Funds shall mirror the investment funds available under the RSP, including the investment in Woodward, Inc. Common Stock under the Company Stock Component under the RSP. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, may change the Investment Funds at such times as it deems appropriate. Any Investment Fund alternatives that are different than those offered under the RSP shall be described in an Appendix to the Plan.
Investment Fund or Funds means the investment funds designated by the Administrator as the basis for determining the hypothetical investment return to be credited in accordance with Article V to Participants’ Supplemental ESP Accounts. The Investment Funds shall mirror the available investment funds under the ESP.

Examples of Investment Fund or Funds in a sentence

  • If no investment election is made, any Contributions made on the Member’s behalf shall be invested in an Investment Fund or Funds as determined by the Board of Trustees.

More Definitions of Investment Fund or Funds

Investment Fund or Funds means one or more of the investment alternatives which are used by the Plan as a measurement of investment return on Performance Accounts.

Initially, the Investment Funds shall mirror the available investment funds under the MISOP, as set forth on the attached Exhibit A. Investment Fund or Funds means those investment vehicles or options identified and made available by the Third Party Service Provider from time to time.
Investment Fund or Funds means the investment fund(s) designated by the Committee as the basis for determining the investment return to be allocated to Participants’ Deferral Accounts. The Committee may change the Investment Fund(s) at such times as it deems appropriate.

Related to Investment Fund or Funds

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Buydown Fund Account A separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02 (a) with the corporate trust department of the Trustee or another financial institution approved by the Master Servicer, (b) within FDIC insured accounts (or other accounts with comparable insurance coverage acceptable to the Rating Agencies) created, maintained and monitored by a Servicer or (c) in a separate non-trust account without FDIC or other insurance in an Eligible Institution. Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • Retirement fund means the "Washington law enforcement

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Member contribution means a contribution under regulation 32;

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant’s Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Member contributions means all amounts paid to ASRS by a member.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.
