Investment Certificate definition

Investment Certificate means an Investment Certificate issued by the Licensing Authority to establish the Company as may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time.

Investment Certificate means an investment certificate issued under this Act;

Investment Certificate means the investment certificate dated March 12, 2008, granted to HTPCL by the Government of Vietnam in respect of the Ho Tram Lands.

Examples of Investment Certificate in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Investment Certificate shall not be deemed acceptable to the Sponsors, unless it records: (A) the terms of the Project consistent with the terms of this BOT Contract and all Project Agreements as customarily required by the Laws of Vietnam and (B) the tax incentives stipulated in Article 17 of this BOT Contract.

• The appendices to this BOT Contract (each an “Appendix”) are documents which will be signed by the parties named therein after the Investment Certificate is issued and their content may not be changed without the prior written consent of both the MOIT and the Sponsors.

• The Investment Certificate has been issued by the MPI and received by the Sponsors on terms which the Sponsors notify in writing to the MOIT are acceptable to the Sponsors, such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld.

• The MOIT shall, and shall use its best efforts to assist the BOT Company to procure that other Government Bodies shall, use all reasonable efforts to assist the Sponsors and the BOT Company to achieve Financial Close within fifteen (15) months after issuance of the Investment Certificate.

• The form of the Investment Certificate is as set forth in Exhibit 6 of Annex D to the RFP.

More Definitions of Investment Certificate

Investment Certificate means any certificate or contract, either paid up or purchasable on an installment basis, which is issued for the purpose of providing a means of investment or savings.

Investment Certificate means thrift certificates, certificates of deposit, savings obligations and similar certificates or obligations issued and sold by an investment certificate issuer as defined in paragraph 2 of this subsection; and

Investment Certificate means any note or bond, including any renewal note or refunding bond, authorized and issued by the Board pursuant to the provisions of this act;

Investment Certificate means a certificate issued by the Board under section ten;

Investment Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 4.8 hereof.

Investment Certificate means an investment certificate issued under the Investment Promotion Act;

Investment Certificate means the Investment Certificate issued by the Licensing Authority or a competent authority in Vietnam for the establishment and the operation of the Company.
