Investment Advisory Account definition

Investment Advisory Account means an account opened by CGS-CIMB in the Client’s name for the purpose of providing advice concerning any investment product;
Investment Advisory Account means an account (other than an account of a registered investment company), including broker-sponsored, institutional and private client accounts and Non-Registered Funds for which the Company or SAMI provides discretionary or non-discretionary advisory or subadvisory services pursuant to a Non-Investment Company Advisory Agreement.
Investment Advisory Account means an account, including broker-sponsored, institutional and private client accounts that is not a registered investment company for which NIG provides advisory, sub-advisory, distribution, management or marketing services pursuant to an Investment Advisory Agreement, a distribution agreement or any other agreement.

Related to Investment Advisory Account

  • Investment Advisory Agreement means an agreement under which Company or a Company Subsidiary acts as an investment adviser or sub-adviser to, or manages any investment or trading account of, any Client.

For purposes of covenant compliance, the amount of any Investment shall be the amount actually invested, without adjustment for subsequent increases or decreases in the value of such Investment.

  • Intercompany Account means any receivable, payable or loan between any member of the Ensign Group, on the one hand, and any member of the Pennant Group, on the other hand, that exists prior to the Effective Time and is reflected in the records of the relevant members of the Ensign Group and the Pennant Group, except for any such receivable, payable or loan that arises pursuant to this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement.

  • fully managed account means an account of a client for which a person makes the investment decisions if that person has full discretion to trade in securities for the account without requiring the client’s express consent to a transaction;
