Investment Account definition

Investment Account. As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Investment Account. The commingled account (which shall be commingled only with investment accounts related to series of pass-through certificates with a class of certificates which has a rating equal to the highest of the Ratings of the Certificates) maintained by the Master Servicer in the trust department of the Investment Depository pursuant to Section 3.03 and which bears a designation acceptable to the Rating Agencies.
Investment Account. As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Investment Account in a sentence

  • The Trustee may amend this Participation Agreement, the Declaration of Trust, or any Declaration of Investment Account from time to time.

  • All withdrawals are subject to the Declaration of Trust and applicable Declaration of Investment Account.

  • The fee schedule set forth in the applicable Declaration of Investment Account may be modified by the Trustee from time to time on sixty (60) calendar days advanced notice to the Participating Trust.

Investment Account shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.06(a).
Investment Account. The commingled account (which shall be commingled only with investment accounts related to series of pass-through certificates with a class of certificates which has a rating equal to the highest of the Ratings of the Certificates) maintained by WMMSC in the trust department of the Investment Depository pursuant to Section 3.05. The Investment Account shall be an Eligible Account. Investment Depository: U.S. Bank National Association or another bank or trust company designated from time to time by WMMSC. The Investment Depository shall at all times be an Eligible Institution.
Investment Account any of a Securities Account, a Commodity Account or a Deposit Account.
Investment Account means each subaccount of the Variable Account made available to the Contractholder by AUL and identified in Schedule A of the Contract. Schedule A of the Contract may be amended by AUL from time to time as described in "Addition, Deletion, or Substitution of Investments." Amounts allocated to any Investment Account identified in Schedule A of the Contract shall be invested in the shares of the corresponding Mutual Fund Portfolio listed in the current prospectus for the Variable Account.
Investment Account means an account comprising all or a part of a person’s portfolio, held with a broker-dealer, bank, fund company, insurance company, or other entity capable of administering holdings of securities and funds on behalf of a client.
Investment Account means the following Securities accounts: any personal account of a Eagle Employee or Eagle Access Person; any joint or tenant-in-common account in which the Eagle Employee or Eagle Access Person has a Beneficial Interest or is a participant; any account for which the Eagle Employee or Eagle Access Person acts as trustee, executor, or custodian; any account of an Immediate Family member of a Eagle Employee or Eagle Access Person; and any account in which an Access Person has a direct or indirect Beneficial Interest (other than such accounts over which the Eagle Access Person has no investment discretion and cannot otherwise exercise control).
