Inventory Sublimit definition

Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.
Inventory Sublimit means $3,000,000.
Inventory Sublimit means (a) during the period commencing on December 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on August 31 of such fiscal year, $30,000,000, (b) during the period commencing on September 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on October 31 of such fiscal year, $20,000,000 and (c) during the period commencing on November 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on the last day of DecemberNovember in such fiscal year, $12,500,000.

  • The First Amendment failed to include the interest rate applicable to the Purchased Inventory Sublimit.

Inventory Sublimit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
