Inventory Sublimit definition

Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

Inventory Sublimit means $3,000,000.

Inventory Sublimit means (a) during the period commencing on December 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on August 31 of such fiscal year, $30,000,000, (b) during the period commencing on September 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on October 31 of such fiscal year, $20,000,000 and (c) during the period commencing on November 1 of each fiscal year of VMC and ending on the last day of DecemberNovember in such fiscal year, $12,500,000.

• The First Amendment failed to include the interest rate applicable to the Purchased Inventory Sublimit.

• The Lender shall have no obligation to make a Revolving Advance to a Borrower if, after giving effect to such requested Revolving Advance, (a) such Borrower's Availability would be less than zero, (b) Aggregate Availability would be less than zero, or (c) Inventory Component Advances would exceed the Inventory Sublimit.

More Definitions of Inventory Sublimit

Inventory Sublimit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

Inventory Sublimit means $2,500,000.

Inventory Sublimit means (a) $10,000,000 during the period from May 1, 2002 to and including September 30, 2002, (b) $12,000,000 during the period from May 1, 2003 to and including September 30, 2003, (c) $14,000,000 during the period from May 1, 2004 to and including September 30, 2005 and (e) during any period of time not covered by clauses (a) to and including (d) above, the Revolving Commitment.
