Inventory Documentation means, with respect to any Inventory at a Pharmacy, the applicable 3T Documentation and all of Sellerscontrolled substance invoices, DEA 222 forms (blue copies), and annual controlled substance inventory logs dated within the last twenty-four(24) months prior to the Closing.
