INVASION OF PRIVACY means data collected from the UAS whilst in flight and subsequently made available to third parties without the consent of the party to whom the data relates, including any breach of confidentiality, infringement, or violation of any right to privacy, or of any statutes, laws and regulations associated with the confidentiality, access, control, and use of personally identifiable, non-public information.
INVASION OF PRIVACY means the following, when specifically targeted against an individual and when committed in the performance of Media Activities:

  • The HIPAA Privacy Rule means the Standards for Privacy of Individually 10 Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

  • Data Protection Acts means Data Protection Act 1988, as amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, and as may be modified, amended, supplemented, consolidated or re- enacted from time to time;

  • Anti-Corruption Law means all applicable laws which prohibit the conferring of any gift, payment or other benefit on any person or any officer, employee, agent or advisor of such person including but not limited to the French “Sapin II” Law, the United States’ Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the United Kingdom Bribery Act or which prohibit money laundering, tax evasion or the facilitation thereof.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Breach of Agreement provisions of Section 5(a)(ii) will apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.

  • Complications of Pregnancy means conditions whose diagnoses are distinct from pregnancy but are adversely affected by pregnancy or are caused by pregnancy. These conditions include acute nephritis, nephrosis, cardiac decompensation, missed abortion and similar medical and surgical conditions of comparable severity. Complications of pregnancy also include nonelective cesarean section, ectopic pregnancy which is terminated and spontaneous termination of pregnancy, which occurs during a period of gestation in which a viable birth is not possible.

  • Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
