Introductory Tenant definition

Introductory Tenant means a tenant under an introductory tenancy within the meaning of Chapter I of Part V of the Housing Act 1996.

Notice Seeking Possession: A legal document that is served prior to taking possession action (for Secure Tenants). Notice of Possession Proceedings for Introductory Tenants (NOPPIT): A legal document that is served prior to taking possession action (for Introductory Tenants).

Examples of Introductory Tenant in a sentence
