Intrexon Materials definition

Intrexon Materials means the genetic code and associated amino acids and gene constructs used alone or in combination and such other proprietary reagents including but not limited to plasmid vectors, virus stocks, cells and cell lines, antibodies, and ligand-related chemistry, in each case that are reasonably required or provided to Synthetic to conduct the Anti-Infectives Program.
Intrexon Materials means the genetic code and associated gene constructs used alone or in combination and such other proprietary reagents including but not limited to plasmid vectors, virus stocks, and cells and cell lines (e.g., natural killer cells and dendritic cells), in each case that are reasonably required or provided to ZIOPHARM to conduct the Cancer Program.
Intrexon Materials means the genetic code and associated amino acids and gene constructs, in each case that are Controlled by Intrexon, used alone or in combination and such other proprietary reagents and biological materials including but not limited to plasmid vectors, virus stocks, cells and cell lines, antibodies, and ligand-related chemistry, in each case that are reasonably required or provided to Oragenics by or on behalf of Intrexon to conduct the Program.

  • Histogenics shall promptly return, or at Intrexon’s request, destroy, any Intrexon Materials in Histogenics’ possession or control at the time of termination other than any Intrexon Materials necessary for the continued research, development, regulatory approval, use, import, export, manufacture, Commercialization and exploitation of the Retained Products in the Field.

  • Intrexon will provide to the IPC information related to Intrexon Materials and Intrexon Patents reasonably required or provided to ARES TRADING associated with each of the Research Plans and/or Products for review and discussion at the IPC.

  • Each Party shall comply, and shall ensure that its Affiliates, (sub)licensees and Third Party contractors comply, with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the Cancer Program, including without limitation those relating to the transport, storage, and handling of Intrexon Materials and ZIOPHARM Products.
