Intracompany Receivables definition

Intracompany Receivables means all account, note or loan receivables recorded on the books of the Seller for goods or services sold or provided by the Business to the Seller or advances (cash or otherwise) or any other extensions of credit made by the Business to the Seller or any Subsidiary.
