Interval Unit means a Condominium Unit which is or is to be divided into unit Weeks pursuant to this Declaration. The Condominium Unit shall become an Interval Unit upon the recording of the first deed to said Condominium Unit conveying a Unit Week and containing the statement required by paragraph 5 of this Declaration. A Condominium Unit will not be committed to Interval Estate Ownership if all Unit Weeks are owned by one Owner.
