Interstate service definition

Interstate service means the transportation of passengers between a point in this State and a point in another state or a foreign country, or between points in this State through another state or foreign country, or between points in other states or foreign countries through this State.

  • State service means an organisation listed in Schedule 1 of the State Service Act 2000.

It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail
