Interstate Private Line Service. Standard VBS2 Guide monthly recurring charges for the following circuit type: DS1 Classifications, Practices and Regulations: Underutilization and Termination with Liability: If, in Months 1-12 or Months 13-18 of the Initial Term, or in the Extended Term, if any Customer’s Total Service Charges do not meet or exceed the applicable MVC set forth, then Customer shall pay; (a) all accrued but unpaid charges incurred under this Agreement; and (b) an “Underutilization Charge” in an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between the applicable MVC and Customer’s Total Service Charges during Months 1-12, Months 13-18, or the Extended Term, as the case may be. If; (a) Customer terminates this Agreement before the end of the Term for reasons other than Cause; or (b) Company terminates this Agreement for Cause pursuant to the Section entitled “Termination,” then Customer will pay, within thirty (30) days after such termination: (i) all accrued but unpaid charges incurred through the date of such termination, plus (ii) an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the unsatisfied MVC remaining during Months 1-12 and/or Months 13-18, as applicable, plus (iii) a pro rata portion of any and all credits received by Customer.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Switchover means transfer of units of one scheme of UTI MF to another scheme of UTI MF wherever permissible.

Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.
