Interruptible Gas definition

Interruptible Gas means that gas which is subject to interruption or curtailment by KUB at any time and to the extent that KUB, in its sole discretion, deems desirable.
Interruptible Gas means Gas that is accorded a lower priority on the Gathering System with respect to capacity allocations, interruptions or curtailments as compared to Firm Capacity Gas.
Interruptible Gas means that gas that is subject to interruption or curtailment by Gibson County Utility District at any time and to the extend that Gibson County Utility District, in its sole discretion, deems desirable.

More Definitions of Interruptible Gas

Interruptible Gas means all gas delivered to Firm Industrial customers under Rate Code G300 during a day in excess of Firm Gas and all gas delivered to Interruptible Industrial customers under Rate Code G400.
Interruptible Gas subject to the provisions hereof, both Parties may without liability interrupt, in whole or in part, the sale or purchase of the DCQ during the Period of Delivery in accordance with the provisions hereof for any reason; or “Interruptible Baseload Gas “- - subject to the provisions hereof, Seller and Buyer shall Schedule, or cause to be Scheduled, at the Delivery Point(s) each Gas Day on an interruptible baseload basis, a quantity of Gas equal to the Daily Contract Quantity (“DCQ”). Either Party may, interrupt, in whole or in part, the Scheduling of Gas with no liability, to the extent that such interruption is caused by or is a consequence of a Force Majeure condition, or a contingency or event specifically identified by the parties in the Confirmation Letter. "Firm Gas"-- subject to the provisions hereof, Buyer and Seller are firmly obligated to Schedule, sell and purchase the DCQ during the Period of Delivery, which shall be less than or equal to one or more Months; and which, in each case, shall be the maximum quantity of Gas which may be Scheduled, delivered or received each Gas Day.
Interruptible Gas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).

  • Interruptible Service means service from approved contracts under which Company is not expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given time period, and which anticipates and permits interruption on short notice, or service under approved contracts which expressly or impliedly require installation of alternate fuel capability.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Producers means all LBMs, MGAs, brokers, agents, general agents, COLI specialty brokers, broker-dealers, producers or other Persons who market or produce the Policies and who (a) have been appointed by the Company, and (b) are entitled to receive Commissions from the Company.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
