Interrupted Service Minutes definition

Interrupted Service Minutes means, with respect to a given Reporting Period, the total number of minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services is unavailable due to Interrupted Service, excluding Planned Downtime Minutes. This time is tracked by the minute, rounded up to the nearest minute per incident.
Interrupted Service Minutes. With respect to a given Reporting Period, the total number of minutes during such Reporting Period, during which Hosted Revenue Management Services are unavailable, excluding Excused and Planned Downtime Minutes. This time is tracked by the minute, rounded up to the nearest minute per incident.

Examples of Interrupted Service Minutes in a sentence

  • In the event the Customer Website does not maintain a Passing Website Efficiency Grade for any period of time during the Term of this Agreement, then during such time period any minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services and/or Hosted Web Services is unavailable shall not be counted as Interrupted Service Minutes for purposes of calculating whether NAVITAIRE has met the Minimum System Availability Target under this Agreement.

  • Interrupted Service Minutes will be measured and used to determine the percentage of monthly Hosted Reservation Services and Hosted Web Services System availability.

  • Interrupted Service due to Customer misuse of the Hosted Reservation Services System or acts or omissions of third parties not under NAVITAIRE’s control will be excluded from Interrupted Service Minutes and may incur Support Fees at the rate specified in Exhibit K, Section 1.3.

  • In the event usage of the Hosted Reservation and/or Hosted Web Services exceed Peak Usage for any period of time during the Term of this Agreement, any minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services and/or Hosted Web Services is unavailable shall not be counted as Interrupted Service Minutes for purposes of calculating System Availability under this Agreement.

  • Hosted Services System outages due to Customer misuse of the Hosted Services System will incur Support Fees at the rate specified in Exhibit K, Section 1.3. Interrupted Service due to Customer misuse of the Hosted Services System will be excluded from Interrupted Service Minutes.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this section, to sample, condition (if applicable), analyze, and provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Continuous work means work carried on with consecutive shifts throughout the twenty four hours of each of at least five consecutive days without interruption except during breakdowns or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Employer.
