Interoffice Transmission Facilities is a Network Element which is provided either as Dedicated Transport or is in some cases XXXX ATLANTIC Shared Transport. Xxxx Atlantic shall provide IOF pursuant to the PSC No. 916 Tariff and this subsection 2.9.5.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Transmission Operator means the entity responsible for the reliability of its “local” Transmission System, and that operates or directs the operations of the Transmission Facilities.
