Internet Rights definition

Internet Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a)(iv).
Internet Rights means digital or other new media transmission means now known or hereinafter devised (including via Internet, wired, wireless and mobile transmission), whether done by any form of streaming or encrypted download that is not a permanent copy.
Internet Rights as used herein shall mean all domain name registrations used, owned or reserved by the Seller in connection with the Business or necessary to conduct the Business as set forth on Schedule 4.1(g)(iii) hereto.

More Definitions of Internet Rights

Internet Rights means with respect to a completed Picture, subject to Section 4.F, the right to cause the exhibition of the Picture over an interconnected network of computers for personal viewing on a computer or other device connected thereto.

Internet Rights which shall mean the right to exploit the Film via the internet or any similar computer network.

Related to Internet Rights

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Internet means collectively, the myriad of computer and telecommunications facilities, which

  • Trade Secret Rights means the rights of an Assignor in any Trade Secret it holds.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Databases means databases and other compilations and collections of data or information.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Trade Rights means and include: (i) all trademark rights, business identifiers, trade dress, service marks, trade names and brand names, all registrations thereof and applications therefor and all goodwill associated with the foregoing; (ii) all copyrights, copyright registrations and copyright applications, and all other rights associated with the foregoing and the underlying works of authorship; (iii) all patents and patent applications, and all international proprietary rights associated therewith; (iv) all contracts or agreements granting any right, title, license or privilege under the intellectual property rights of any third party; (v) all inventions, mask works and mask work registrations, know-how, discoveries, improvements, designs, trade secrets, shop and royalty rights, employee covenants and agreements respecting intellectual property and non-competition and all other types of intellectual property; and (vi) all claims for infringement or breach of any of the foregoing.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Internet Website The Internet Websites maintained by the Trustee and, if applicable, the Master Servicer initially located at "xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx" and "xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx", respectively, or such other address as provided to the parties hereto from time to time.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Websites means all Internet websites, including content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, databases, Software and related items included on or used in the operation of and maintenance thereof, and all documentation, ASP, HTML, DHTML, SHTML, and XML files, cgi and other scripts, subscriber data, archives, and server and traffic logs and all other tangible embodiments related to any of the foregoing.

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • World Wide Web means an information browsing framework that allows a user to locate and access information stored on a remote computer and to follow references from one computer to related information on another computer; and

  • Intellectual Property Rights shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(p).
