International Shipments definition

International Shipments means a shipment whose destination is other than the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii (regardless of the country where shipment originated).
International Shipments as used in the Original Agreement (and in this Agreement) includes shipments moving for the benefit of APL International, APL Co., TPI Shipments and CKD Shipments. The Original Agreement also formalized and consolidated agreements and understandings, which have been reached over the years between the parties, in anticipation of the transaction involving the recapitalization of LTS which occurred in May 1999 and resulted in a substantial change in ownership of LTS.
