International registration of marks means registration of a mark in the International Register of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Oganisation (hereinafter - the International Bureau) under the Protocol relating to the Madrid Agreement concerning the International Registration of Marks (hereinafter - the Madrid Protocol), adopted at Madrid on 27 June 1989.
