International Plan means any Employee Plan that is not a US Plan.
International airport means an airport:
international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.
international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.
International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;
international carriage means any carriage in which, according to the contract of carriage, the place of departure and the place of destination are situated in two different States, or in a single State if, according to the contract of carriage or the scheduled itinerary, there is an intermediate port of call in another State;
international air transport means air transport that passes through the airspace over the territory of more than one State;
international waters means waters falling outside the sovereignty or jurisdiction of any State;
International means a telecommunications service that originates or terminates in the United States and terminates or originates outside the United States, respectively. United States includes the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory or possession.
National Park means comparatively large areas of outstanding scenic and natural beauty with the primary objective of protection and preservation of scenery, flora and fauna in the natural state to which access for public recreation and education and research may be allowed;
International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
dBA means sound pressure level measured on the "A" weight scale in decibels.
International Financial Institution means any bank in the top 1,000 (together with their affiliated companies) as measured by "Tier 1" capital or any broker/dealer in the top 100 as measured by capital.
International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
one-way street means a street upon which vehicular traffic is limited to movement in one direction.
international application means an application filed under this Treaty;
international agreement means the Multilateral Convention for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, any bilateral or multilateral Tax Convention, or any Tax Information Exchange Agreement to which the Member State is a party, and that by its terms provides legal authority for the exchange of tax information between jurisdictions, including automatic exchange of such information.
Euronext Dublin means the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin;
international traffic means any transport by a ship or aircraft operated by an enterprise that has its place of effective management in a Contracting State, except when the ship or aircraft is operated solely between places in the other Contracting State;
International Borrower In connection with any Mortgage Loan, a borrower who is (a) a United States citizen employed in a foreign country, (b) a non-permanent resident alien employed in the United States or (c) a citizen of a country other than the United States with income derived from sources outside the United States.
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
LLC means Limited Liability Company.
International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;
Michigan national guard means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan military act, 1967 PA 150, MCL 32.505.
Local Street means an open (traversable) right-of-way that is not identified in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77 (i.e. not a Regional Street);
International Interest has the meaning ascribed to the defined term “international interest” under the Cape Town Treaty.
