International Offer Shares definition

International Offer Shares means 990,000 Class A ordinary shares initially proposed to be offered by the Company for purchase by, or by purchasers procured by, the International Underwriters under the International Offering, subject to adjustment and reallocation in accordance with the International Underwriting Agreement, together with the Option Shares;

Examples of International Offer Shares in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Unsold Hong Kong Offer Shares reallocated from the Hong Kong Public Offering to the International Offering shall for all purposes (including any fee arrangements) be deemed to be International Offer Shares and will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of the International Underwriting Agreement.
