International Interest definition

International Interest has the meaning ascribed to the defined term “international interest” under the Cape Town Treaty.
International Interest means an interest held by a creditor to which Article 2 applies;
International Interest has the meaning given to such term in the Cape Town Convention.

  • The Assignor shall promptly, at its own expense, take such action as may be necessary to duly discharge any such lien, charge, encumbrance or security interest or International Interest if the same shall arise at any time.
