Internal User definition

Internal User. If a Product name includes the term “Internal User,” that Product can only be used by Customer’s employees (full time and part time) and contractors whose information is being managed using the BMC IdM tools. Information on these users will typically be found in the HR database.

• If TCM reasonably believes that an Internal User is breaching the Data System’s security or is otherwise misusing the Data System, Subscriber shall, upon notice from TCM, promptly terminate access to the Data System by such Internal User.

More Definitions of Internal User

Internal User means a feature of the Service enabling the Subscriber to transfer (forward) incoming calls made at the Number to the Mobile Application and/or to a number with ABC numbering code and/or a number with DEF numbering code. Connected Internal Users are not Clients, and terms of the Service use in the Trial Period shall not be applicable to them.
