Intermediate Shareholder definition

Intermediate Shareholder means Capital Product Operating LLC, a limited liability company formed in the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands whose registered office is at Trust Company Complex Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX 00000, the Xxxxxxxx Islands;
Intermediate Shareholder means OrPower 20, Inc., an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Intermediate Shareholder means Ormat Holding Corp., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
