Interim Trustee definition

Interim Trustee means Chase Bank USA, National Association, a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Interim Trustee under the Interim Trust Agreement. “Interim Trustee” shall also mean each successor Interim Trustee as of the qualification of such Interim Trustee under the Interim Trust Agreement.
