Interim Service definition

Interim Service the management and disposal of Contract Waste in accordance with the Interim Service Plan for the Interim Service Period “Interim Service Payment” a payment calculated in accordance with paragraph 11.1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12 (Payment and Performance)
Interim Service in the last paragraph of subsection (a) of Section 13.07 of the Servicing Agreement is deleted and substituted with "the Seller".

  • An Interim Service Provider that is required to keep its generating unit(s) in service shall not enter into any new agreement or extend any other agreement that limits its ability to provide Energy, Capacity, or Ancillary Services directly to the ISO Administered Markets or otherwise meet its obligations as an Interim Service Provider.
