Examples of Interim Redetermination in a sentence
On the Effective Date, the Borrowing Base shall be equal to $2,300,000,000, which Borrowing Base shall remain in effect until the next Scheduled Redetermination Date, the next Interim Redetermination Date or the next adjustment to the Borrowing Base under the Credit Agreement, whichever occurs first.
The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide an updated Bank Price Deck to the Borrower (i) promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, after the Administrative Agent’s request for an Interim Redetermination and (ii) promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, upon any request of the Borrower.

The parties hereto agree that the redetermination of the Borrowing Base provided for in this Section 1 shall be the November 1, 2014 Scheduled Redetermination and shall not be deemed or construed to be an Interim Redetermination or Optional Swap Unwind Redetermination for purposes of Section 2.07 of the Credit Agreement.
