Interim Milestone Dates definition

Interim Milestone Dates means either the fixed dates, or the fixed number of calendar days, available to Contractor to achieve the key schedule “Interim Milestones” identified in the Project Schedule.
Interim Milestone Dates has the meaning given to it in Section 4.1.3.

  • If the latest completion time for any work on the current Progress Schedule results in an activity being delayed ten percent or more of the time beyond the required Contract duration or any specified Milestone duration, as adjusted if appropriate, the Engineer may require the Contractor to submit a Recovery Schedule and written description of the plan to recover all lost time and maintain the required Completion Date or specified Interim Milestone Date(s).

Related to Interim Milestone Dates

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
