Intergovernmental Agreement definition

Intergovernmental Agreement means a contractual agreement between 1 or more governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, an interlocal agreement to jointly exercise any power, privilege, or authority that the agencies share in common and that each might exercise separately under the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512.
Intergovernmental Agreement means an agreement for services between a state agency and any other governmental entity whether federal, state, or local and any department, division, unit or subdivision thereof.
Intergovernmental Agreement means any legally binding agreement between one or more Member States and one or more third countries having an impact on the operation or the functioning of the internal energy market or on the security of energy supply in the Union; however, where such a legally binding agreement also covers other issues, only those provisions that relate to energy, including general provisions applicable to those energy-related provisions, are deemed to constitute an ‘intergovernmental agreement’;
