Examples of Interest Reserve Amount in a sentence
To the extent that the amount on deposit in the Interest Reserve Account exceeds the Required Interest Reserve Amount (after taking into effect any withdrawals required to be made on such Transfer Date), the amount of such excess shall be withdrawn from the Interest Reserve Account and distributed to the Swap Counterparty on such Transfer Date.
Such Interest Reserve Amount shall be transferred to the Collection Account as Interest Proceeds on the Determination Date relating to the first Payment Date unless the Collateral Manager, in its discretion, provides written notice to the Trustee that such Interest Reserve Amount shall not be so transferred and should instead be held in the Interest Reserve Account for application in accordance with this Section 10.3(e).
On each Transfer Date, all interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) accrued since the preceding Transfer Date on funds on deposit in the Interest Reserve Account shall be retained in the Interest Reserve Account to the extent that the Required Interest Reserve Amount exceeds the amount on deposit in the Interest Reserve Account.
