Minimum Interest Rate - means, with respect to any particular Variable Interest Rate Obligations, a numerical rate of interest which may (but need not) be set forth in the Supplemental Resolution, or Credit Agreement, as appropriate, authorizing such Obligations that shall be the minimum rate of interest such Obligations will at any time bear.
Any Lender or Affiliate thereof obtaining the benefit of the foregoing guaranty with respect to Other Permitted Credit Exposure, Interest Rate Obligations or Currency Obligations shall remain a Guarantied Party hereunder with respect to such Other Permitted Credit Exposure, Interest Rate Obligations or Currency Obligations only for so long as such Lender remains a Lender under this Agreement.
