Interest Rate Cap Account definition

Interest Rate Cap Account. The account created pursuant to Section 5.07(b).
Interest Rate Cap Account. A separate account established and maintained by the Trust Administrator for the benefit of the Noteholders pursuant to Section 6.06.

  • The Interest Rate Cap Account shall be an Eligible Account, and funds on deposit therein shall be held separate and apart from, and shall not be commingled with, any other moneys, including without limitation, other moneys held by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.
