Interest Rate Calculation Date definition

Interest Rate Calculation Date means, in respect of any Interest Reset Period, the day falling one Business Day prior to the beginning of such Interest Reset Period.
Interest Rate Calculation Date means, in respect of each Interest Rate Reset Period, the Business Day immediately prior to the beginning of such Interest Rate Reset Period.
Interest Rate Calculation Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

Related to Interest Rate Calculation Date

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • RMB Rate Calculation Agent means the agent appointed from time to time by the Issuer for the determination of the RMB Spot Rate or identified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Net Interest Rate means with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate for such Note minus the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such Note.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;
