Interest Rate Adjustment Period definition

Interest Rate Adjustment Period means, in the case of Mortgage Assets, the period of time set forth in the debt instrument that determines when the interest rate is adjusted and, with respect to borrowings, is used to mean the term to maturity of a short-term, fixed-rate debt instrument (such as a 30-day reverse repurchase agreement) as well as the period of time set forth in a long-term, adjustable-rate debt instrument that determines when the interest rate is adjusted.
Interest Rate Adjustment Period means the entirety of any fiscal quarter at the end of which the Consolidated Leverage Ratio exceeds 3.25 to 1.00. For the avoidance of doubt, an Interest Rate Adjustment Period shall include the entire applicable fiscal quarter, notwithstanding that the Consolidated Leverage Ratio did not exceed 3.25 to 1.00 until the end of such fiscal quarter.
Interest Rate Adjustment Period shall have the meaning set forth in clause (b) of the definition ofApplicable Margin”.

More Definitions of Interest Rate Adjustment Period

Interest Rate Adjustment Period means the one-year period beginning August 9, 2016 to and including August 9, 2017.
Interest Rate Adjustment Period means the entirety of any Fiscal Quarter during which Consolidated Debt exceeded 55% of Consolidated Capitalization for any part or portion thereof.   • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Note Rate adjusts.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.C.

The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").The Issuer may adjust, in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §315 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith (including market interest rates and the interest-rate expectations of the market), the Interest Adjustment Rate, including the Initial Interest Adjustment Rate, on any Scheduled Trading Day within the range (deviation (+) or (-)) specified in the Table for any given Security. The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • Interest Rate Cap means any interest rate cap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;

  • Adjustment Period means the period from the Effective Date up to and including the Expiry Time;

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, with respect to any Settlement Period and any portion of the Capital, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) determined pursuant to the following formula: Eurodollar Rate = Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) 1 - Eurodollar Reserve Percentage where:

  • Central Bank Rate Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.

  • Adjustment Date As to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, each date on which the related Mortgage Rate is subject to adjustment, as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Then-Current Interest Rate means the most recently published Xxxxxxx Mac survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate loans.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
