Interest Only Class definition

Interest Only Class. As specified in the Prospectus Supplement.
Interest Only Class. A Class that (i) does not have a principal amount (other than a notional principal amount) and is entitled to payments of interest only or (ii) has only a nominal principal amount and a disproportionately high Class Coupon.

Related to Interest Only Class

  • Interest Only Loan means a Mortgage Loan which only requires payments of interest for a period of time specified in the related Mortgage Note.
