INTEREST ON PAST DUE OBLIGATIONS definition

INTEREST ON PAST DUE OBLIGATIONS. Any amount due to Owner not paid when due shall bear interest at one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month from due date until paid. Payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this Lease.

If the interest rate specified in this Lease is higher than the rate permitted by law, the interest rate is hereby decreased to the maximum legal interest rate permitted by law.
