Interest Notice definition

Interest Notice means a notice from the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent specifying the duration of any relevant Interest Period, each substantially in the form set out in Exhibit J;
Interest Notice means the notice given by Borrower to Bank of the Interest Options selected hereunder. Each Interest Notice shall specify the Interest Option selected, the amount of the unpaid principal balance of this Note to bear interest at the rate selected and, if the Adjusted LIBOR Rate is specified, the length of the applicable Interest Period. An Interest Notice may be written or oral (if promptly confirmed thereafter in writing) and Bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor all telephonic Interest Notices from any person authorized to request advances hereunder.
