Interest Capitalized definition

Interest Capitalized means, in respect of any period, interest capitalized by the Borrower and its Consolidated Entities in such period calculated in accordance with GAAP plus to the extent not already included herein the Borrower's pro rata share of the interest capitalized of its Unconsolidated Entities; provided, however, that Interest Capitalized shall not include "interest capitalized" by CSC in respect of the CSC Note.
