Interest Amounts definition

Interest Amounts. In respect of each Interest Payment Date, an amount (if any) in respect of each Security rounded down to the nearest cent of a Euro, equal to such Security’s pro rata share of the relevant Equity Amount received by the Issuer in its capacity as Party B (each as defined in the Swap Transaction Confirmation) in respect of such date under the Swap Agreement.
Interest Amounts means, for any Participant, as of any date, the amount of Interest that has accrued to such date on such Participant's Average Leveraged Principal Amount, from the date on which a Participant's Leveraged Principal Amount is established, or from the most recent date that Interest Amounts were added to the Leveraged Principal Amount.
Interest Amounts. The interest amounts (the “Interest Amounts”) as at the Record Date will be: (a) in respect of the Notes, the aggregate of interest and default interest that has accrued and remains unpaid (if any); and (b) in respect of each of the Jersey Guarantee Liability and the Intercompany Debt, the aggregate of interest and default interest that has accrued and remains unpaid on the Jersey Notes.

Examples of Interest Amounts in a sentence

More Definitions of Interest Amounts
