Interconnector Information System definition

Interconnector Information System means the following as modified from time to time by Interconnector:
Interconnector Information System means the following as modified from time to time by Interconnector: (a) the Interconnector online application which is used for the provision of services by or on behalf of Interconnector including the receipt and dissemination of information in connection with a Storage Services Agreement; (b) links between the system in paragraph (a) and third party systems including systems of adjacent transmission operators, trading platforms, exchanges and any other essential applications; (c) the access passwords and security codes for such system (to the extent the same are under the control or in the possession of Interconnector); and (d) all system manuals, training manuals and related documentation in electronic and physical forms;

Examples of Interconnector Information System in a sentence

  • Interconnector will permit any such nominee to access the Interconnector Information System where such nominee can satisfy the Shipper’s obligations under this Agreement as if it were a Shipper and Interconnector shall inform the Shipper accordingly.

  • Where Interconnector discovers errors or faults in the Interconnector Information System which affect the Shipper, Interconnector shall report such errors or faults to the Shipper as soon as practicable after Interconnector becomes aware of such errors or faults.

  • The Shipper shall be responsible for all activities that occur within the Shipper Area of Responsibility.1.8 The Shipper shall report any errors or faults in the Interconnector Information System to Interconnector as soon as practicable after the Shipper becomes aware of such errors or faults, and the Shipper shall provide reasonable assistance to Interconnector in relation to such errors or faults for the purposes of correction.

  • Where the Interconnector Information System is not available, all invoices, bids or applications to purchase Capacity, offers for Buy-back, Nominations, Allocations and other communications shall for the duration of such event be given or made by such alternative means as are specified by Interconnector.

  • Interconnector may at any time require the Shipper (and its Users) to disconnect the Shipper Connection or any part or parts thereof, if in the reasonable opinion of Interconnector any part of the Shipper Equipment is or may be the cause of failures, interruptions, errors or defects in the Interconnector Information System.

  • Interconnector has established and will maintain Contingency Arrangements to deal with any material failure in the Interconnector Information System and/or the connections within the Interconnector Area of Responsibility but cannot guarantee that such Contingency Arrangements will ensure availability of the Interconnector Information System or any such connections.

  • Any material breach of paragraph 3.1(a) of this Section J or unauthorised access to, or use of, the Interconnector Information System within the Shipper Area of Responsibility will entitle Interconnector (in addition to any other remedy it may have) to suspend access to the Interconnector Information System for the Shipper (and/or its Users) immediately.

  • Access to the records shall be granted within 10 business days after the receipt of such a request.

  • The Shipper is responsible at its own cost for ensuring that its systems meet all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the Interconnector Information System or any service made available through it and that its systems are compatible with the System.

  • The amount of Registered Capacity that a Shipper is shown as holding on the Interconnector Information System at an Entry Point or Exit Point at a particular time is a final and conclusive record of the amount of Registered Capacity the Shipper holds at that Entry Point or Exit Point at that time.

Related to Interconnector Information System

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Geographic information system or “GIS” means a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present spatial or geographical data.

This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
