Interconnection Study Agreement means the forms of agreement contained in Attachment B to Appendix 1 of the Generator Interconnection Procedures for conducting all studies required by the Generator Interconnection Procedures. IRS shall mean the Internal Revenue Service. Local Balancing Authority shall mean an operational entity or a Joint Registration Organization which is (i) responsible for compliance with the subset of NERC Balancing Authority Reliability Standards defined in the Balancing Authority Agreement for their local area within the MISO Balancing Authority Area, (ii) a Party to Balancing Authority Agreement, excluding MISO, and (iii) provided in the Balancing Authority Agreement. Loss shall mean any and all damages, losses, claims, including claims and actions relating to injury to or death of any person or damage to property, demand, suits, recoveries, costs and expenses, court costs, attorney fees, and all other obligations by or to third parties, arising out of or resulting from the other Party’s performance, or non-performance of its obligations under this GIA on behalf of the indemnifying Party, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing, by the indemnified party. Material Modification shall mean: (1) modification to an Interconnection Request in the queue, that has a material adverse impact on the cost or timing of any other Interconnection Request with a later queue priority date; or (2) planned modification to an Existing Generating Facility, that is undergoing evaluation for a Generating Facility Modification or Generating Facility Replacement, and has a material adverse impact on the Transmission System with respect to: i) steady-state thermal or voltage limits, ii) dynamic system stability and response, or

Interconnection Study Agreement means any of the following agreements: the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study Agreement, the Serial Interconnection System Impact Study Agreement or the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement described in these Large Generator Interconnection Procedures. IRS shall mean the Internal Revenue Service. Joint Operating Committee shall be a group made up of representatives from Interconnection Customers and the Transmission Provider to coordinate operating and technical considerations of Interconnection Service.

  • A sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

Interconnection Study Agreement means an agreement between Seller and the Facility’s Transmission Provider in which such provider agrees to study the Facility’s potential impacts on the Georgia Power Electric System and determine the necessary Interconnection Facilities, the related estimated costs, and the schedule of construction.

Related to Interconnection Study Agreement

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
