Subject to the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Regulations, DPO granting access to the Subscribed Channels to its Active Subscribers outside/beyond the Territory through the DPO’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform shall tantamount to the DPO allowing unauthorized access to the Subscribed Channel(s).
