Interconnection Project definition

Interconnection Project shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Interconnection Project means the extensions to the existing Star Lake Terminal Station (“SLK TS”) and the new transmission line, TL271, up to the takeoff structure inside the Customer owned Valentine Terminal Station (“VTN TS”) as more specifically detailed in Schedule “A” – Project Description, Project Budget, and Project Schedule;

Examples of Interconnection Project in a sentence

  • Developer agrees that any Proprietary Information will be used solely for the Project or the Interconnection Project and will not be used, either directly or indirectly, for the Developer's financial gain and/or commercial advantage or in violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

  • The Transmission Owner(s) constructing the Generation Interconnection Project will repay 10% of the Generation Interconnection Project costs associated with Network Upgrade facilities in a voltage class of 345 kV or greater to the Interconnection Customer under repayment terms consistent with the schedules and other terms of Attachment X.

Related to Interconnection Project

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
