Interconnected Storage Facility definition

Interconnected Storage Facility means an underground storage facility in the defined territory, which is directly connected to the transmission network of the TSO.
Interconnected Storage Facility means a storage facility usually called the Underground Gas Storage Láb 4th Construction, which is directly physically interconnected with the Storage Facility and which is operated by POZAGAS a.s., Malé námestie 1, 901 01 Malacky, registered in the Commercial Register of Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sa, File No.: 1271/B, Company ID No. 31 435 688;
Interconnected Storage Facility means a storage facility operated by the Interconnected Storage Facility Operator;

Examples of Interconnected Storage Facility in a sentence

  • Up to the capacity set by the TSO, an Interconnected Storage Facility shall be considered to be infrastructure connected in VTP.

  • If the separate account maintained pursuant to Article 5.4.2 shows, at the end of the determined period, records of Gas Quantities, which do not meet the conditions for the provision of the service referred to in Article 5.4.1, the operator of the Interconnected Storage Facility will pay for such Gas Quantities a fee equal to the yearly price for transmission for entry/exit point Domestic in the relevant direction.

  • Up to the capacity set by the TSO, an Interconnected Storage Facility shall be considered to be infrastructure connected to the Baumgarten entry/exit point at the border.

  • Interconnected Storage Facility shall keep records of all intakes and outputs and gas stock in regards to article 5.3.1. on a separate account and it shall present the summary report including an account balance to the TSO for the last finished 12 calendar months until 15 April at the latest.

  • Up to the capacity set by the TSO, an Interconnected Storage Facility shall be considered to be infrastructure connected at the border to the Baumgarten entry/exit point.

  • This infrastructure may be used by the Interconnected Storage Facility operator, who shall undertake that the quantities of gas flowing from the Baumgarten entry point to the physical point of connection of the Interconnected Storage Facility will subsequently be stored in the Interconnected Storage Facility with the possibility of withdrawal to the exit point of Baumgarten only.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.   • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.
