Interconnected Party Equipment definition

Interconnected Party Equipment means equipment owned and/or controlled by the Interconnected Party (other than its Pipeline) at a Delivery Point, and includes the equipment described as such in ICA Schedule One; Interconnection Point means the point at which the Interconnected Party’s Pipeline physically connects to a Delivery Point, being the demarcation point between the Parties’ respective assets, as defined in ICA Schedule One; Invoice Dispute has the meaning set out in section 12.6;
Interconnected Party Equipment means equipment owned and/or controlled by a Party and located at a Delivery Point, as referred to in Schedule One; Interconnection Point means the point at which the Interconnected Party’s Pipeline physically connects to First Gas’ Pipeline at a Delivery Point, and the demarcation point between the Parties’ respective assets, as set out in Schedule One; Law includes all statutes, regulations, codes of practice and local authority rules; Lease means an agreement between the Parties under which First Gas leases the land on which a Delivery Point is located; Loss means any loss, damage, expense, cost, liability or claim; Maintenance includes any testing, adding to, altering, repairing, replacing, upgrading, inspecting, cleaning, pigging, servicing or removal of (including any works preparatory to any such activity or required to return to service on completion of any such activity) all or any part of: a Delivery Point, Metering or Equipment; Odorisation Facilities (if any); or First Gas’ or the Interconnected Party’s Pipeline; MAOP means maximum allowable operating pressure;

Examples of Interconnected Party Equipment in a sentence

  • First Gas grants the Interconnected Party a right to access a Delivery Point on the terms set out in this section 13 to the extent necessary for the Interconnected Party Gas to: maintain any Interconnected Party Equipment; and/or exercise any right the Interconnected Party may have under this Agreement.

  • Consequences of termination Where First Gas is the terminating Party, it may: isolate or disconnect any Delivery Point from the Interconnected Party’s Pipeline; remove all or part of any Delivery Point; require the Interconnected Party to isolate or disconnect its Pipeline from any Delivery Point and remove any Interconnected Party Equipment from that Delivery Point, for the purposes of which section 13 shall apply; , for the purposes of which section 13 shall apply.

Related to Interconnected Party Equipment

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Interconnected Entity means either the Interconnection Customer or the Interconnected Transmission Owner; Interconnected Entities shall mean both of them. Interconnected Transmission Owner:

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Material Equipment means such equipment, which, acting in accordance with a Reasonable and Prudent Standard, the Generator could reasonably be expected to have ordered and/or concluded a supply agreement in respect of in accordance with the Target Commissioning Date, and in any event, such equipment shall include wind turbines.
