Interconnect definition

Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

Interconnect or "Interconnection" have the meanings set forth in SCE's Rule 21 or the WDAT, as applicable.

Interconnect means the provision by Grantee of technical, engineering, physical, and all other necessary components to provide and adequately maintain a physical linking of Grantee's Cable System for PEG Access programming under Section 9.7 of this Franchise with any other designated cable system or any separate communications network so that services of technically adequate quality may be sent to and received from such other cable systems to the extent required by this Franchise.
