Intercompany Debt definition

Intercompany Debt has the meaning specified in Section 7.02.
Intercompany Debt means indebtedness owed by the Company or any Subsidiary solely to the Company or any Subsidiary.
Intercompany Debt shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.19.

More Definitions of Intercompany Debt

Intercompany Debt means any Indebtedness, payables or other obligations, whether now existing or hereafter incurred, owed by the U.S. Borrower or any Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower to the U.S. Borrower or any other Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower.
Intercompany Debt means Debt to which the only parties are the Trust, any of its subsidiaries, the Company and any Subsidiary, or Debt owed to the Trust arising from routine cash management practices, but only so long as such Debt is held solely by any of the Trust, any of its subsidiaries, the Company and any Subsidiary.
